Kelly Cavallio as the new administrator for Johns Hopkins’ East Baltimore Ambulatory Services

Dear Colleagues:

I am pleased to announce the appointment of Kelly Cavallio as the new administrator for Johns Hopkins’ East Baltimore Ambulatory Services. Kelly succeeds Mark Bittle, who has assumed the role of vice president of ambulatory services for Johns Hopkins Medicine .

Kelly, whose appointment will be effective as of Monday, Feb. 16, has been the administrator of the Department of Radiation Oncology and Molecular Radiation Sciences since 2004. During her tenure there, she successfully provided administrative leadership to 120 faculty and staff and worked on a variety of departmental and hospitalwide initiatives. She had previously served in leadership positions in the Department of Surgery and Planning and Marketing.

In her new role, Kelly will work closely with Johns Hopkins Medicine leadership as well as departmental clinical and practice managers to assure the delivery of an optimal patient experience. She will have a particular focus on operational efficiencies, revenue enhancement opportunities and staff and patient satisfaction.

Please join me in welcoming Kelly as she begins work in this new role.

Sincerely,

Richard “Chip” Davis, Ph.D.
