Details | Johns Hopkins Security, Office of Parking and Transportation, would like to remind East Baltimore students, faculty and staff of the services available to them. We would like to remind some and inform others that there is ample pre-taxed permit parking available on campus at both the Ashland and Church garages with free shuttle service to and from both. We encourage those of you who do not wish to consider enrolling for available assigned permit parking to pull a ticket and park daily as needed in the Washington or Caroline garages. There is also satellite parking available at two separate locations east and west of the campus. Both satellites are within one mile of the campus, and free shuttle service is provided to and from the East Baltimore Campus.
Please see below for details on parking option at the East Baltimore campus, including important information often overlooked by permit parkers. Information about parking is also available online. PERMIT PARKING RATES (MONTHLY FEES) PERMIT HOLDER PARKING On Campus Garages: NOTE: The Route 7 North and South shuttles are available to take patrons to the above garages and lots after the regular shuttle stops operating. How To Sign Up for Permit Parking Wait lists are available for the following garages: Parking Wait Lists PERMIT PARKERS TAKE NOTE (Important items you should know Always Contact the Parking Office Parking LOA (Leave of Absence) Cancelling Your Parking Forms Online (Also available at the Parking Office) ------------------------------------------------------------------------- PARKING OPTIONS FOR DAILY PARKERS Hourly Garage Rates ------------------------------------------------------------------------- BASE ACCESS/FREE PARKING PERIODS Note: Students, faculty and staff should be mindful to exit by/before 8:30 a.m. on weekdays (if parking under Base Access in the Orleans or McElderry garages) in order to ensure spaces are available for patients. Staff/Students who pull a ticket during Base Access times instead of swiping will be charged for time parked. Staff/Students must register their ID Badge with the Parking Office at Harvey 108 for Base Access. Carpool Parking Because only one carpool pass can be issued per group, it is the responsibility of the members to work out the logistics of passing the card between themselves on alternate driving days. Also, an online carpool matching service is available for Johns Hopkins employees/students at: carpoolworld.com/hopkinsmedicine. |
